Firearm Safety Certificate

For those that have never purchased a firearm, the State of California requires a Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC Card). I am certified to administer the written test and issue the certificate which is valid for 5 years. This will give you the ability to purchase firearms in California, without it you are unable to purchase a firearm unless you have other certificates like a CCW or other similar documents.
